Tried some FOUR Loko over Thanksgiving, it was pretty good. I didn’t get the jitters like everyone else said they did. I don’t know why it’s being banned, I’d defiantly buy it again.

The Google Android OS feels like a 2nd rate, white-trash operating system. Not a fan at all.

current workout regime

Sunday - Chest and tri’s

Monday - Back and bi’s

Tuesday - Legs

Wednesday - Shoulders

Thursday - Tri’s/Bi’s

At least 4 to 8 exercises per muscle group and rep range of 10-12

Cardio 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes post workout

supplements:

GNC MegaMen Sport Multivitamin twice a day

Flax seed pills twice a day

OptimimNutrition whey - upon waking up and before and after workout

creatine mono hydrate - 3 times a day mixed with protein

BSN Syntha 6 protein 3 times a day

All of these supplements are mixed in with at least 5 meals a day. Mainly consisting of white rice, brown rice, chicken, turkey burgers, and steak.

Since I moved to Pittsburgh 4 years ago I seemed to have lost a little bit of myself. I used to be the guy who was surrounded by music 24/7 and played in clubs thursday, friday, and saturday nights. Since I’ve been up here I haven’t been able to do that. Not a lot of people know that I play drums, guitar, bass, and keyboards and that music is actually my life. I somehow have managed to replace that with lifting weights and surrounding myself with technology. Don’t get me wrong, I love doing both, but my real calling is music. I can remember playing in bands when I was 13 with my Dad at a Pagan biker rally and at several biker bars and saying to myself “this is it. this is what I want to do.” Would it be something I could do full time? no. My father had the ultimate gig. He was a State employee throughout the week and on the weekends a rock star. I look back to the years we had playing and miss the shit out of it. Oh well… there is always tomorrow. I’m hoping to move back to WV in April and start playing again. Life will almost be perfect.

I downloaded Safari 5 tonight and messed around a little bit and was pretty surprised at how fast it is - until I did a speed test with Peacekeeper.

Here are the specs of the machine I tested with.

Google Chrome won in overall performance when compared to the new Safari 5.

Google Chrome 5.0.375.55 (latest build)

I’m still up in the air on which one will get a permanent place on my dock, but right now I’ll be using Safari till I get bored with it.
